Can I put these tales on my iPod or mp3 player?
Absolutely! That is, if you have an iPod or mp3 player. I mean, you can’t put it on an iPod if you don’t have an iPod, right? Assuming you have one . . . yes. Once purchased, the tales are yours for your own personal use. You can upload them to your iPod/mp3 player, burn them onto a CD, or keep them on your computer (or all of the above if you like!).
Can I share these tales with my family and friends?
Whoa! You’re asking a tricky question. You see, copying and distributing the tales is a big no. After all, you’d be violating our Terms of Agreement. Plus, it’s against the law. However, you can definitely have a party, invite your friends over, and camp out listening to your favorite stories! Go for it. We dare you.
How do I know a story is appropriate for me/my family?
Our advice? Check out the story description, look at other user ratings/comments, and (best of all) solicit your friends’ input. Since they know you better than we do, they know which tales best fit your tastes.
Can I hear the story before deciding to purchase?
Yes . . . if you get your friend to buy it first. Then you can hear the whole thing! In lieu of that, we happily provide 45-second “sneak peeks” for your listening pleasure.
Do you ever have sales or special promotions?
Ah, you’re a frugal one! Smart. Just for you, periodically TheStoryChest.com will offer special, members-only promotions. Plus, here’s a bonus. Every month we feature our “featured stories” at special rates. Cool, huh.

Yes. This is something we don’t joke around about.
Will you sell my personal information to other parties?
What kind of scum do you think we are? Sell your info? Not a chance. Not EVER. We’ll naturally use your information to alert you about upcoming specials and promotions, but we will NEVER . . . no never . . . not ever . . . sell your information to a third party.
Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Nope. Would you offer a money-back guarantee if someone could copy, sell, and then return your product? We don’t either.

How much commission will I receive for the stories I upload?
Artists receive a commission of 50% for each of their successfully paid story downloads.
How often will I receive my commission?
TheStoryChest pays commissions quarterly, provided such commissions have accumulated to a minimum of US $25.
